At SmartFashion, we do our best to please the customers. We have a return and refund policy that you need to read.

 

Return Policy

We have a 7 day returns policy on the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  •  The item should be an unused, unworn and untouched item.
  •  Packaging and tags should be original.
  •  Order ID and receipt required for return

 

Return  policy

The items that cannot be returned are:

  •  Used or worn products
  •  Products that are not correctly packaged or tagged.
  •  Goods bought under final sale.

 

Refund Policy

After returning your product to us and inspection:

  •  You will know about it through email.
  •  Your refund will be done in 5-7 business days upon approval.
  •  You will be refunded through the same mode through which you made the payment.

 

COD Orders

For COD orders:

  •  The refunds will be provided through bank transfer or store credit.
  •  Customers can be requested to give bank information.

 

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  •  Size issues
  •  Damages or defective goods.
  • Calls must be made within 7 days of delivery in order to request an exchange.

 

Return Shipping

 Return shipping charges are left to the customers.

  •  The cost of shipping cannot be refunded.
  •  We suggest the service of a trackable courier.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you are delivered with a damaged or incorrect item:

  •  Call in 48 hours of delivery.
  •  Posting product images to be verified.
